By "just as bad", I was referring to his conviction that only he knows the truth, and everyone else believes in "fantasy gods". Of course suicide bombers are worse than someone just looking for a little faith fix. My problem is with anyone who claims any sort of religious "fact". Believe what you will, I'm tolerant of anyone who doesn't harm others with their faith, but don't admonish any other group because you think they're misguided. The only truth I know about religion is that I don't know any truth about religion. Do I think there's a god? No. Do I hope there is? Kinda. Can I make the claim that I know one way or the other for certain? Not without admitting to the world that I don't know what "fact" means.
