Of course, heaven is the genius in the World being put to use; and now it seems like heaven is turning to look like hell

. Therefore still becomes mine at the end of the day, but the clock still ticks away. I conclude that there shall be a big profit in the wealth. Not commonwealth if I keep it secret.

Everybody prefers the immoral. That's the one we can choose, and re-choose for the state of Heaven.

Interesting Leo. How about neither? In two senses. First, let's take a stark, existential attitude and say you reserve the right to do anything to yourself. Absolute freedom. Perhaps it falls somewhere on the bad scale, but not classically amoral or unethical. Second, how about more nuanced forms of torture...might they be productive? Life preserving in a base way. I guess torture per se they are not, but don't we all torture ourselves in little (mental) ways, as motivational tools or releases.

But if none of the above is not an option, I would pick unethical.

If you had someone needing you in a useable state of mind, or if you had promised something under contract, I suppose that would make "unethical" a clearer choice. Barring that, wouldn't some usual duties to one's self make it immoral, if they were disputed?

You're right Leo. I was indulging myself. I thought of the same thing...people counting on me, and I'm a counterparty to a variety of contracts. I was deliberately dishonest with bad being different than unethical. Damned commitments

As to immoral, there may be more wiggle room with that higher standard. And I think that immorality, if any, would still spring from the impact to others. I would still like to reserve the right to torture myself to some degree

Man has a right to torture other people? Or torture animals? Why someone imagines that is better than others? Only selfishness makes him see a difference. If the planet destroyed, all will be destroyed, where is then the better one? We must understand that we all are one.

You can not torturing yourself because yourself is not belong to you, belongs to others, after all, you don’t give birth to yourself, why you think that life belongs to you?

When you give a promise you release a force. You can not take it back, it is better to struggle to fulfil your promise than to face the power of your promise against you.
