I'm sorry, but I've studied physics too (a lot). I don't have a degree in it yet, but I'm going to get one!
Omni does not equal infinity.
I didn't say it did, nor did I mean it did. I was saying that people are 'co-mingling' it. They shove infinity in as a way of saying "Omni", but they are wrong to do that.
They are all abstract.
You can count 3 apples and then the number 3 will be in your head. You cannot count an infinite number of apples and have infinity in your head.

Omni is Greek for all.
Omni - all
potent - powerful
omnipotent -all powerful
----------------------
omni -all
scient -knowing
omniscient - all knowing

Just a quick remark: 1/0, or any n/0, is undefined or indeterminate, not = 0.

Infinity is undefined or indeterminate, so what's the difference?

You can count 0 apples fine. None.
Apples would cause a star explosion
before they got to infinity.
Sauce and bright light. Messy.
