Actual polemics usually are high on prejudicial
phrasing, fallacies, and BS techniques.
So...the extent to which they are bad argumentation
can be critiqued effectively point-by-point.
Some "polemics" might be a post summarizing a
lot drawn-out getting-fed-up process. In that case
they ought to be considered by the prior traffic they
refer to.

As I explained in a different thread, you are using the pejorative notion of polemics. Polemics do not necessarily entail the techniques that you mention. Have a look at a definition of polemics.
