Submit article. I click on Submit News or Article under Articles, or on Submit News under Community, but the next screen says that I am not authorised to use the resource. I have written earlier about this, and I cannot find the way to submit an article.
Join Groups. When I click on Groups under Community, the next screen says that there are no Groups. Is this correct?
